Holistic Healing Session
New Patients - 80 minutes $230
Our first session together! Includes a holistic health history and consultation, a results-focused treatment session, and a healing plan that best suits your individual goals and needs.
To give us a well-rounded understanding of your condition, we may also explore your lifestyle, stress, exercise, nutrition, sleep, Western lab work (blood tests & imaging reports), and physical exams (e.g. Orthopedic exam for sports injuries, the Chinese Medical tongue & pulse diagnosis for holistic health evaluation, etc.).
Additional therapies such as Tui Na Massage, Cupping, Lifestyle/Wellness Coaching, Nutritional Consultation, Breathwork & Therapeutic Exercises, etc. may be integrated as appropriate. Custom Rx of Herbs/Supplements may also be recommended to fit patient’s healing goals.
Existing Patients - 80 minutes $200
We will discuss any updates from last session and adjust your acupuncture and herbal treatment accordingly.
Less time is needed for intake and evaluation, allowing us to focus on the treatment itself to give best results.
Existing Patients - 50 minutes $150
Please book this only if we have previously discussed this as part of your treatment plan. This is acupuncture without manual therapy and/or cupping. We will discuss any updates from last session and adjust your acupuncture and herbal medicine treatment accordingly.
Payments & Insurance
We accept Triwest and Tricare Insurance, offering full coverage service for Veterans.
Other than Triwest and Tricare Insurance, we are a fee-for-service practice.
Full payment is due at the time of service (Cash, Check, and all major credit cards are welcomed).
For Acupuncture patients with PPO-type insurance plans, Flexible Spending Accounts, or Health Spending Accounts, we are happy to provide you with Superbill invoices. A Superbill is a medical invoice using standardized treatment & diagnostic codes, which you can submit directly to your PPO-type insurance plan, FSA or HSA for reimbursements. Because every insurance plan is different, please call your insurance carrier to find out details of your plan's Acupuncture coverage and to confirm reimbursement procedures.
Cancellation Policy
Outside of emergencies, any cancellations occurring less than 24 hours prior to the appointment are subject to a full session fee.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
